- Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
- No. Every new workspace starts on a 14-day Business-level trial. After day 14 you drop to Free unless you've upgraded.
- What counts as a seat?
- Any workspace member with the owner, admin, or member role. The billing-only role doesn't count toward seats.
- What happens when I cancel?
- Your workspace stays on the paid tier until the period you've paid for ends, then lands on the Free plan. Nothing is deleted — content over the Free limits stays readable and exportable; you just can't create more until you're back under the caps or re-subscribe.
- Can I get an annual invoice instead of credit card?
- Enterprise plans only. Reach out to talk through a contract.
