- Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
- No. Every new workspace starts on a 14-day trial with Business-level features and limits. One trial per account.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- The workspace locks until you pick a plan — your data is untouched and nothing is deleted, but you can't keep editing until you subscribe. There is no free tier to fall back to, so plan for day one of month two.
- What counts as a seat?
- Any workspace member with the owner, admin, or member role. The billing-only role doesn't count toward seats.
- What happens when I cancel?
- Your workspace stays on the paid tier until the period you've paid for ends, then becomes read-only. Everything remains readable and exportable — resubscribe to start editing again.
- Can I get an annual invoice instead of a credit card?
- Enterprise plans only. Reach out to talk through a contract.
